Refreshing Blood Orange Salad Dressing


Ingredients
4 tbs white wine vinegar
2 tbs veggie oil
2 tbs h20
4 tbs honey
3 tbs fresh squeezed juice from blood orange w/o pulp
2 tbs lime juice
1 tsp vanilla paste (or vanilla)
pinch of blood orange zest
1 tsp black sesame seeds
pinch of salt and pepper

*Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and then transfer to a dressing bottle and shake before serving.
Salad IDEA: Baby spinach, diced cucumbers, mandarin oranges, thinly sliced parmesan cheese pieces, and some toasted sunflower seeds.
