A Delicious, Quick and Easy Salmon Rub
The picture is crappy and from my old camera as I posted it a while ago with another "dinner idea" post but, I think it deserves it's own post-link.
-Mix 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon chili powder and 1 teaspoon ground cumin. Rub salmon with some olive oil then the spice mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes @425 degrees.
My variations on this rub include adding some Old Bay to the mix, or McCormick's freshly ground Italian Seasoning. Sometimes I sprinkle lemon juice on fish before the olive oil and spice rub.
THE END

Salmon is my favorite entree and this rub sounds quite delicious. Great idea, Ivy. This would make a terrific centerpiece for a holiday meal.
